With that budget:

Keep you stock wheels and get some spacers.
33" All terrains that will get good highway mileage.
2" spacer lift - incert manufacturer name here - installation at local shop 250-300 depending on where you are...

You should have enough left over for esentials... tow strap, fire extinguisher, etc...

2 thousand.

4 33 inch tires
4 cragar soft 8 wheels
front and rear LOD bumpers.

and maybe shrockworks rock crushers but like 300 over budget

the 4wd shop near my house suggested BFG A/T 315/75r16 tires with a Skyjacker 3" lift on Pro comp series 7089 wheels but its a little over budget but im lookin for some help with it

any recommendations on this setup?

those tires are 34.6" x 12.4" you might have to re-gear for that also...
