How much lift did i get?
Ok, first.... I didn't measure my jeep prior to putting in my Teraflex BB 2.5 lift. Is there any way to know how much I got out of it without knowing what I had?
Is there someone out there that has a stock 2012 rubi 2dr that can measure the ground to the bottom of the differentials?
Hope this isn't too dumb of a question....

A BB is spacers, chuncks of plastic or whatever material they are made of. If you installed 2.5" spacers up front, you got 2.5". If you installed 2" spacers in the back, you got 2". (taller up front than in the back levels out the stock forward rake)

Spacers or coil lifts aren't going to raise the differentials anyway... you'd have had to measure fenders or bumpers. Only way to raise the diff heights is bigger tires

This will tell you on the front. Measure your front shocks in this manner and subtract 18.5" from your new measurement and that is a ball park of your gained lift.

So if my measurements are 4" more than the stock measurements in that picture, I technically have 4" of lift? I bought the Jeep with the lift in it (it's a 2-door), and it still has the stock bumpers, no winch, etc. so it isn't being weighed down. Am I correct to assume that the kit was probably a 3" or 3.5" and I just got a little extra?

See if you can measure the spacers.
Also, adding coils from a 4door is fairly popular on 2doors, often in conjunction with a spacer lift. You might get lucky and find a tag on the coils that you could backtrack to find out.
Also also, with the different models and the large number of stock coil options, I'm not sure that one diagram would represent all of the variations. (I haven't checked, but I assume that you would find different stock heights on various JK's sitting on the dealers lot, which would not all conform to those specs?)
