I have this exact same setup. My jeep sagged about 1/2 inch in the rear and maybe 1/8 of an inch up front. I couldnt really tell a difference in height between the stock front bumper and the xhd.

My buddy put his bumpers on and then did his lift. His front bumper was 89 lbs and lost an inch, but was running 13's in the front. He lost 3/4" in the rear with an 102 lb bumper running 57's. he wanted to run 35's so he got a 3" BB with 18/59's and rubi shocks.

With the Rugged Ridge XHD bumper and a Superwinch Epi9.0, I dropped 3/4 of an inch in the front on my Rubicon 4 door. Interestingly enough, when I measured both sides prior to the install I discovered that my passenger side was already 1/2 inch lower than the drivers side.

My bumper, winch, skid plate, PureJeep hooks, and Roadmaster tow brackets dropped the front about an inch. This was on a 2011 Sport tudor with tow package.
Rubi springs brought the height up to a littler taller than stock. Every combination of added weight and spring height/spring strength is a little different so its hard to predict very much.
The stock stuff I took off the front weighed around 45 pounds, so the new bumper, etc. is not all added weight.

If you are considering buying new coils and a budget boost, stop right there. Don't buy both. buy taller coils and the $25 1" TF spacers to accoutn for any sag. 2.5" OME HD coils and 1" spacers will take care of any sag you ahve and net you about 3" of lift. Buying new coils and BB pucks kind of defeats the purpose of a BB. or just buy a coil lift kit and be done with it. How much is a BB going for these days anyway? Is it that much cheaper? You ahve to buy new shocks with one of those too, right?

That sounds right. I have the Teraflex 2.5" 4-door coils on my 2-door, and I lost about 1/2" up front when I added an XHD bumper with stubby ends, hoop, Warn 9.5cti winch, and synthetic line. That combo weighs 105 lbs. over the stock setup.
