Picture is sideways but as you can tell where my disconnects go it is bent... I have no Idea how/when this happened... so I've tried to fix this before and bend it back and it felt real soft...so this time around Im afraid it's going to break.... I would leave it like this but it's a pain to take off my discos and I have no idea about how to fix this... any help us appreciated thanks guys!

After you heat it up and bend it straight you should weld an extra bracket behind it so it don't bend again.

Bend it back into place. If it breaks, weld a new tab on the axle and call it a day. I don't think you can do much else with it.

Why is it bending in the first place, what is the issue? Looks like pressure is being forced downward causing this to bend. If you bend it back whats to say it wont happen again and then finally break. Can you flex it or stuff if to see where the pressure is coming from?

How much lift ?? And do you have an adjustable trackbar. Is your axle centered? What's the other side look like?
