If I'm not mistaken the Tom Woods comes with new yokes. I'm some what mechanically inclined. However I have never dealt with anything like this, I want to make sure it's done the right way the first time! As far as the flange those are connected to the transfer case and axle? The only drive shaft info I saw was on the coast and it's a different design... I appreciate it guys!

most of the drive shafts including coast come with yokes. i'm pretty sure that JE Reel's come with flanges at the t-case but they are the only exception that i know of. coast does offer adapters so that you don't have to replace your flanges (super easy install) but, you have to request them and, i would not recommend them.

yes tom woods' shafts come with new yolks.
