How do you remove these?
Im adding a hood decal and need to remove these...then re-install...
The underside looks like a rubber cone shaped thing but can't figure out how they remove without damaging something.

You gotta compress the inner cone so part of the edge sticks through the hole and then just yank it out. You should be fine and not tear anything, they are pretty solid rubber bumpers. Sorry, I know its easier said than done, can't explain it any other way. Like I said, Just stick a screwdriver or something with a little of a point and wedge part of it through and then just pull....

Got em off...the key is to twist them due to the double sided tape underneath ...used goo gone to get rid of the sticky shit on the hood and put the 2 knobs in the microwave for 15 seconds to get the glue off the knobs...

Guessing you are putting it on as we speak with all these pics of you removing the bumpers on the hood and whatnot? Curious to see the outcome, I'll be on the lookout.
