How do I adjust Teraflex lower control arms?

I just had a 3" Teraflex lift kit with front adjustable lca's and rear upper adjustable control arms installed on my JKU. Doug from Treaflex suggested adjusting the lca's to get rid of what seems to be a vibration in the front drive shaft. Can I do this on the ground or does the Jeep have to be on a lift? Should I disconnect the arms at the frame or the axle? Do I adjust one at a time or both at once? Thanks.

What I've experienced on adj my control arms is that you can do one side at a time if you like but you should really loosen up everything first, including track-bar and stock upper control arms. Same with the rear when adj rear upper control arms you want to loosen up the lowers and the track-bar as well.
The reason for this is to avoid any binding with the new adj.
It it necessary some people say yes , others no but I just always done it since the mid 90's on all my lifted vehicles.
