How do able are 15in wheels on JKU?

I don't know an answer to your question, but I would guess that it is incorrect. The load rate will vary by specific rim, or mfg, not by rim size. If you look around, you should find a specs list for each one, that will include an indication of 'max load' for that specific rim.

This is from a random ProComp wheel I just brought up:

Wheel Size: 15x10
Bolt Pattern: 5 on 4.5
Backspace: 3.75
Finish: Black
Max Load: 1800
Made in USA
