Now that it has finished working.

First, the materials used.
1 - Acrylic sheet (ISO 9001 : 2008 Certified - Colour M 433S , Thickness 2mm)
2 - UN Tape (Sticky Back - 4.5m x 0.19m , Colour Black)
3 - Scissors.
4 - Wiper.
5 - Glass Cleaner.
6 - Laser cutter machine.

The way for installation as follows:
1 - Taking the actual measurement of the windshield.
2 - Cut acrylic sheet by laser machine (was cut in a specialized workshop).
3 - Remove the protective layer of acrylic sheet, and clean the surface well.
4 - Install first part of the tape on the edges of the sheet.
5 - Clean the windshield of the car.
6 - Install the second part of the tape on the first part, and remove a protection layer.
7 - Installed acrylic sheet on the windshield of the car with Give more attention to dimensions.
8 - Remove a protection layer from the other side of the acrylic plate.

Great idea and great write up / pics !

I would use it especially when traveling on our highways and when offroading and take it off in the city.

I would cut to measure 1 or 2 more sheets so as to replace when the one in use gets scratched, glares or yellows. Easy replacement.

Do not worry dear, this is off-road trip.
Where it will be starting from Jeddah in the west of the Arabian Peninsula till Dubai at east of Arabian Peninsule, and there will be a lot of interesting adventure.
What do you think a special invitation for you to join us.

The test succeeds, there was a problem in the glue. Where was washing the car with the force of water may remove the acrylic sheet.
