I have been trying to do my homework and search the forums, but I'm still a little confused, so I thought I'd ask for some guidance. I plan on getting a good chunk of change soon (about $3,000 if things go right), and I want to strengthen my drivetrain. Buuuuut I don't know where to start, other than getting a new front driveshaft. ~$500...so what else should be done to beef it up? I've heard regearring and new c gussets (no idea what that even is) is a must to go with 37s or above (which i plan on doing) What should I regear to and how much would it cost? How do I know what type gears to get? What gears do I have? Or should i try to get completely new axels? Sorry for all the questions, but I'm completely lost here. Thanks so much...it's really appreciated.

I've got a 2011 2 door sport with the Dana 30 front and Dana 44 rear. I thought long and hard about ordering a prorock 44 but $5000 was a lot of money for me to come up with considering I'm only 21 years old. I decided to beef up my d30 I ordered c gussets sleeves lca skids chromoly shafts 5.13s and a Aussie locker for my front d30. I also ordered chromoly shafts 5.13s and a Detroit locker for the rear d44. I'm still debating weather to go 35s or 37s but I'm leaning hard towards the 37s. I don't consider myself a hard core wheeler and down here in Mississippi my jeep will mostly see just mud and clay and I think the d30 will be fine as long as I don't get stupid. On the other hand my jeep is not my dd so if I break the d30 I can afford to be down. And that just gives me an excuse to build it bigger and stronger

PR 44 in the front with ARB air locker RCVs And Ried high steer knuckles. There isn't a PR 44 rear, I have a Dana 44 rear with ARB air locker and 35 spline axles. 5:13 gears. Built by Northridge 4x4.
