Default how bad will 37s or 38s or 40s affect the four door jk power wise?

Will 37s or 38s or 40s cause the four door jk to be underpowered? If so whats the best gears for these tire sizes?

Really?

YES. How bad it is will depend on various factors. Which engine. Which transmission. Current gears. Any performance mods. Location. Use. Personal opinion. etc. etc. etc.

There are several thousand gearing/performance threads to read through for more information and opinions. Probably a good place to start...

Bolt on 40s and dont worry about anything. Youll be supercool and get all the ladies.

Close. Its 52s on stock dana 30 that gets the ladys excited.....or its the death wobble....not really sure which one gets them the loudest....
