Trust me they got it way worse. I was at a dead stop and got rear ended by a 3/4 ton going 35.. Here is a pic of my damage and I pic of his..

i find it funny that the rear license plate holder seems to be a target in accidents i know 2 or 3 other that have gotten into accidents/fender benders only involving their license plate holder

I find it even more funny (and puzzling) how strong that thing is!

My girlfriend was backing the jeep into a spot at our condo and someone tried to get behind her to go by and she ended up taging him. His whole door of his honda and front quarter pannel were toasted and all that happened to the jeep was a small crack on the plate bracket and the plastic guard was pushed in about a 1/10" no other damage was done. Got to love Jeep quality sometimes.

Oh and I forgot to add the pics of that truck were after the local bodyshop guy pulled and tugged to get everything straight enough for him to drive. His bumper and fender were cutting into his tire..

Awesome to know that even though they've gotten cushier, more expensive, and longer that the quality is still there.
