Nice job! I'm working on one out of 6" channel and plate. Still need to put a grill guard on it and hope to have it done next week. If it doesn't look to crappy I'll post a pic.

That is a great looking bumper. I think it looks stout with that Warn winch tucked down inside. I can't wait to put a winch in the hole in my bumper.

I don't know firsthand, but I've been reading up on Rhino vs LineX, and I think LineX is harder and more durable. About the only good thing I've heard about Rhino is that 'cause it's softer, things tend to slide around (pickup truck beds) less. That may not be great for a bumper.
