Default Homemade bump stops

Anyone on here made their own bump stops. I was looking at rc bump stops and they look pretty easy to make. Any thoughts?

I just saw a post on "Free Mods Everyone Should Do"....someone posted the use of actual hockey pucks.

Good luck on the mod

The front makes sense to me a bolt down the middle of two pucks and a hole drilled into the mount. The rear I've been pondering for awhile now. Any suggestions on how to tackle the rear?

I'm attempting my own front aluminum bumpstops. Should cost about $25-30 when done. That's vs $80+ from vendors.

We made mine out of aluminum and cut with a band saw. Drilled them out and done. $20. Work great and look sweet!

I've been thinking about making my own with Delrin. Anyone have pics of their homemades for mounting ideas?
