Default Homemade brakeline relocation bracket?

Anybody make their own relocation bracket for the rear brakelines? The Skyjacker bracket looks like a 3 inch piece of steal. Don't much see the point in paying 20$ for a piece of metal with 2 holes in it.

Am I close on the mesurements? About 3 x .5 inches or so? Guess it really doesn't matter as long as it fits.

Just drill a hole in your top shock mount and reroute the line through there. Drill the hole big enough for the threaded part of the fitting on the hard line to fit through, but not the hex part. You do have to bend the hard line a little, but it sure gets the line out of harm's way. I keep trying to get a good picture of it. The pictures don't show it well. Check to see if Currie has a writeup on their Rock Jock Anti-Sway Bar system install yet. Somehow they were able to take a great pic of it.

The only other thing I saw on the TeraFlex bracket is that it bends slightly underneath the frame rail to keep the brake line from rubbing the sway bar. Not sure if you're having a problem with your bracket coming straight down like that but if you are you could bend it slightly to avoid any rubbing.

Looks good

Here's a pic from TF...might be a bit hard to see the bend in the bracket but you get the idea...
