Default Hitch install? 3 out of 3 bolts ok?

I have been having trouble getting the 4 bolts on my Hidden Hitch to line up correctly. Finally after a couple of hours I got three out of the 4 bolts lined up and tightened correctly. The 4th bolt will not go all the way in, will I be ok with just the 3 bolts. The one not on is the farthest one on the passenger side. Thanks

If you take the hitch off and look up on the back side of the frame you will probably see a piece of weld that is sticking out. If you trim or grind that weld off the hitch should line up correctly.
