Mine raddle a little when I drive, but they are an overall must for open air fun.

If you don't mind me asking, how much did you pay to have your doors painted red. I would like to paint mine but haven't had time to get an estimate.

Also, where did you get your uppers??
I actually painted mine with a rattle can. They aren't quite perfect, of course I decided I wanted to use them before I got them totally buffed out. After last weekend, they are a little scratched, so I may just add another coat or two this winter when I have a little free time. The paint was $6/can and I used 10 cans if I remember correctly, but my paint is also on there thick. I figure if I get the paint thick enough, I can buff the doors whenever they get scratched and not have to worry about going all the way through to the primer. Of course, even if I do I know I can repaint them again myself!

I got the uppers from Quadratec. They only had a few sets of them and there were some issues with the fit, but when I called Bestop they told me the elements and uppers were on hold and basically told me to call back in December. By then, though, I may have them fixed enough that I won't want to swap them out anyway. If I can find the right bushings, I'll probably add them to all of the doors and not just the one where the holes were too big.

After seeing the factory ones this weekend, I am really glad these are the thinner uppers. Those factory ones would take up an entire back to stack them on each other, but the wire frame thin ones sit down flat leaving room for other stuff.

This is Jeep's screw up. Would it have been so hard for them to place the front door latches at the same level as the rear door latches (on the body)?
