The closest thing I have found to a tie-rod flip is the off road only version that doesn't flip it, but between the bar being flat, and the brackets it gets raised about an inch.

Just get the torch out and heat the knuckle up and reposition it. Then, you can make a tie rod. As long as you don't quench the knuckle and just let it air cool on it's own, it won't suffer any loss of strength. That is....as long as you don't heat it until it's a pile of orange goo on the floor.

According to JP magazine, Donahoe Racing is supposed to have a tire rod flip kit out now. I didn't see it on their site but sent them a messege askin about it. Here's the JP magazine article.

Sounds like a typo since they mention steering geometry -- probably a drag-link flip, not a tie-rod flip.

Here is my Off Road Only setup. It uses a straight tie rod and moves the whole assembly up about 1". The steering stabilizer is also tucked up for more protection. Works great and I really like it.

i drilled out the holes and inserted heim joints. i was going to put the heims on top but i was hitting the drag link so once i do the same with the drag link i will flip them around
