Default HID Off Road Lights

i have been looking around for some off road lighting since we head to dumont, moab, and the valley of fire mostly at night since it gets hella hot around here.
my question is has anyone used these?

I don't know about any experience with them but, if they perform well, I mean they are one hell of a deal!

Do they come with the wiring?
