hi lift hood mount and a pillar lights?

hi lift hood mount and a pillar lights?
I want to put a 48 inch hi lift jack on the hood but I'm also planning on putting rigid dually floods on the windshield. I'm worried that the jack would block the light output. does anyone have any experience with this?
