Just a mild lift and wheel spacers unless you are getting different wheels.

Nope, you will be able to handle those fine. If you decide to jump above 35" (i.e. 36-37") then you might want to consider CroMo axles.

Your rear axle is a D44 so there are no issues there. Your front is a next gen D30, it will hold up to 35"s except under the most severe abuse. If you decide to go bigger that is when you need to start looking at upgrading.

Side note: Depending on the tranny and gears you have you might find your JK a bit sluggish with the bigger meats.

I would highly recommend EVO C2 gussets. (Northridge4x4.com) I had them on my last Jeep and I plan on getting them on this new one as well. They don't cost too much and they are fairly easy to weld on. I put mine on myself but you can have any good welder put these on in just a little while. I was very careful to use short welds and cool them down with wet rags. I will get WOL write-up for better details. If you don't plan to take it off-road then maybe you don't need this but if you are planning on going even mild off-road use I consider this one of my needs not want list.

WOL write-up for the C2 gusssets:

http://project-jk.com/jeep-jk-write-...cement-gussets

The JK does not have a lot of strength in this area. When they extended the width of the axles they did nothing to improve the strength of the C. You may want to read about this write-up before you write it off. Your backspace on aftermarket wheels and or spacers also increase the chance of bending this area. This is true of Dana 30 and Dana 44's front axles.

I admit to taking the JK on level 4 trails wich are pretty tough on them but I think you will be happy with the knowledge of protecting this weak link for little money. Here are some pics of my last JK on some great trails pre-gussets.

Sorry for the poor focus but I think you can see the difference in the C-2 here and the picture above. I'm not a great welder but the strength was in the gusset design and my welds held even in my crash.
