Just installed my lift (3.5 in w/35's) and installed my AEV ProCal and my traction light is flashing and the ABS is engaging! Anybody run into this before?

Only thing I know of would be to check that you've programmed in the correct wheel size using your ProCal. Some of the other forum members will probably have more to contribute.

Also, make sure that
-your steering wheel is completely centered. ProCal can help with that adjustment.
-check to make sure your ABS line (front) Is not damaged, cut or pinched.

Steering wheel centered?? Did you install the kit yourself. There are wires that go to your hubs that are for the traction control. Did you take care not to damage them during install?

Anywhere I would go in my town would not automatically center my steering wheel during a routine alignment. May have to specifically ask them to do that or do it yourself. Even after I centered my steering wheel my traction control would kick in when I took sharp corners at a fairly high speed. I ended up manually turning off my traction control using the "steering wheel dance".

Lets see. You have a 2010. In your users manual there are instructions on how to manually shut off the traction control for off road use only. I have an 2007 so I had to have my ECM flashed with the newest software to do the manual shut off. There are several threads on it.
I would try centering the steering wheel first. Make sure you get it dead on.

Q: How do I recenter my steering wheel?
A: To re-center your steering wheel, use a 15mm wrench to loosen the 2 nuts on the turnbuckle on your drag link as shown in the pic below. Then, rotate the turnbuckle clockwise or counter clockwise as needed while a friend watches the steering wheel (or you periodically check on it yourself) go back to center. Once re-centered, secure the nuts and take it for a drive to check your steering wheel. This may take a few tries to get it on 100% but that’s all there is to it.
