Default HELP with TF 2.5 BB

I'm having a hard time removing the front shocks. The upper nut is loose but very gritty ( maybe cross threaded?) it is lefty loose correct?? Not some weird reason for making it a right hand thread?

Thx in advance!!

Try holding the shock's shaft while removing the nut and washer.

yep. instructions said to do that with a 16mm wrench and use a 5/8th to loosen nut... but I'm getting a lot of resistance from the nut

Did you get the BB with the shock extensions or the kit with the actual shocks? If you're getting new shocks, cut the old one off. If extensions, soak it in PB Blaster and work with it. Heat it up a little bit and see if that helps.

I'm a die hard Eagles season ticket holder. Been there, Done that.
Anyway, Good luck with the lift, it took me about 13 hrs. to do by myself and I was sore as hell from all of the up and down all day. I love it and it rides great. No adjustments needed (yet).

Thx man. I just took it for a spin. Rides great. I did not install the track bar relocation bracket yet as I may just buy an adjustable one. Should I expect any problems from this?
