Default Help to surprise a friend
I have a $3000 budget max which I'm planning to use to surprise a friend who has been deployed in Iraq for a year. I'm planning on spending it on a 3" lift kit / 17" wheels / 35" tires. Any assistance will be highly appreciated.

I think the best route would be 2.5 teraflex bb. Then flat fenders
