Ok I wasn't sure here to put this but since I have a modded jk I figured this is as good as any. In the past week or two the rear of my jku has developed a squeak. I have not changed anything at all in months. Lift has been on for about 6 months. Tires were rotated 3 months ago. And I haven't changed the brakes yet since I bought it. So in other words I haven't touched anything to make something squeak. So I need some advice on where to start looking because I can't pinpoint it. Anybody had this issue???

need a little more info...when do you notice the squeak?
For example:
does it squeak whether you're on/off the gas?
Is it directly correlated with speed?
Going over bumps?
Can you get out and shake your Jeep and hear the squeak?
any additional info might help troubleshoot.

Oh yeah I'm sorry I got in such a hurry I forgot to finish my explanation. It squeaks when the wheels are turning above approximately 35mph. Anytime I left off the gas or apply the brakes it stops. If I hit a pretty good bump it gets worse but only with the initial bump. Then it goes back to normal squeaking

I had a squeaky brake for a week or so. Went to autozone got the lubricant for the brake pad 'ears' and the sealant that is applied to the backside of the pads. Squeak gone ![Smile](https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.png)
Also, check how low the pads are - maybe they wore down to the squeaker?
Hope that helps
