I would guess hes stating the lift portion is bad. Shocks and such CAN be tunable, pre made lifts are not very tunable.

Yes I am the original owner. I have stock rims but running nitto terras. No the ride has not changed and I dont mind the rough ride its the people who are going on the road trip with me who make a few comments here n there. Still have stock bumpers also. Only other thing I have done is added spacers to the wheels. Hope this helps.

Keep an eye on their site, or Google Rancho rebate. It's a pretty common ordeal. You are basically buying the shocks and getting the lift for free.

Go by a dealership and drive a new 2 door with stock tires. If your jeep feels the same then there is nothing you really can do to improve the ride.
