I chopped the seam and rails (You will see the contour) however, keep in mind that as the rear suspension compress axle also moves aft (Like an arch) bringing the tires away from the seam as well so a huge chop job is not needed.

I just folded mine over yesterday. I dont need to for the 35's but when the 37's hit this winter I am already prepared

I cut about an inch and a half off my mopar enhanced rails, stuck the cap back on after.
