I think almost all of the bumpers now are able to fit the powerplant. Do a search and you'll find pics of pretty much every bumper out there.

Default Shrockworks

I just installed my mid-width and Powerplant this weekend.

The winch plate has holes specifically for mounting the Powerplant. It fits like a glove!

Seems to be a lot of Shrockworks Mid-widths and Powerplants around. I like the way the Powerplant sits within the bumper, reducing interference with airflow to the radiator, on this setup:

Shrockworks, PJ or Warn are all top quality bumpers for the PP you really cannot go wrong with any of them. I am partial to Shrockworks but if you order from them be prepared to wait for at least a month as they custom build all their orders. My Shrockworks mid took over to 2 months to arrive but it was 100% worth the wait.

The paper work for the ARB Bumper says you have to remove the compreser cover from the top of the power plant. So It must hit the grill.

It sits best on the Shrockworks set-ups, mid or stubby

....the others leave it up blocking the grill slots, etc...which blocks airflow, and looks a bit too goofy to me anyway.

Anything heavy, like a winch, etc...I want as low as possible, and as tucked away/protected as possible.

+1 for air flow
+1 more for lowering the center of gravity
+1 more for including electronic sway bar disconnect protection

-1 for waiting two months and still not here yet

Cheers,
