Help picking out 35 inch tires for my new 4in lift
I got a 4in rough country suspension lift on my 4 door Rubicon and want to get some bigger tires to match in time for some summer riding. I have the stock 4.1 gears and don't plan on upgrading . . . at least for a while. I want to keep the stock wheels and just add spacers to make up for the backspacing. So what tires would be best for this situation or does it really matter? I'm thinking between Toyo open country Mts, BFG Km's, or some type of Nittros. What are your guy's suggestions and preferences with these or any other 35in mud terrain tires? Thanks.

I went with the bfg km2. Quiet for a mt and looks mean IMO. I do have them on 15s so I did not have the nitto option for what I wanted. I have the 410 gears and it scoots just fine.I did buy the pro cal to correct everything. I drive from Tampa to orlando doing 70 easy and it handles it fine.

So I shouldn't have any problems with the 35's on the stock gears or anything'? just a little sluggish? The KM2's look nice but pretty pricey for the 17in rims. I could probably make it work though.

Do you have an auto? I have 35's and I plan to upgrade my gear in time HOWEVER... I put a programmer on it (tow tune) and it is a huge difference. Around town I think it is close to stock but on the highway still "sluggish"

I thought about getting spacers and keeping the 18s but buying smaller rims brings the cost per tire down a lot. I spoke to a few vendors on here and it helped me finally decide. They can usually wiggle on prices and shipping.
