Rough Country is always a good choice. Their products are well made and are sold at a very economical price. I have their 3.25" Suspension Lift for my 2008 2d Steel Blue X and I have had only one problem with it. That one problem also ties into a positive about Rough Country (which was a major factor in my choice of lift brand also.) When I got my lift put on, I noticed that my back left shock had sprung a leak and I needed a new one already. Shocked about the faulty product, I called up Rough Country's customer service and had a talk with them about replacing the shock. My phone call lasted maybe all of 4 minutes with about 3 1/2 minutes giving my information to the lady on the phone so she could send my new shock free of charge with free shipping. NO COST TO ME AT ALL! Rough Country gives a Life Time Warranty for their lifts. (I'm not sure if the lifetime warrant is for all Rough Country products but I know for the lifts it is.)
Here are the Rough Country 2.5" Suspension Lifts:
1.http://roughcountry.com/jeep_jk_2-coils.html - This is the 2.5" Lift that comes with everything needed except the Rough Country Shocks because they are compatible with the stock MOPAR shocks. It runs a solid $80 less than their 2.5" Lift that comes with their shocks coming in at $250.
2.http://roughcountry.com/jeep_jk_2perf.html - This is the 2.5" Lift that comes with everything you need for a great lift. It comes with everything as the previous listed lift but includes 4 Rough Country High Performance 2.2 Shocks. The Shocks in my opinion are great products and are well worth the $80 extra making the lift come out at $330.
Hope this helps in your decision! Make your sure you do a lot of research for your lift to make sure you get what is right for you. I spent over 4 months just looking at lifts and Rough Country came out on top for me because of the quality of their products, their fantastic customer service, and their great prices.

at just 2.5" of lift, you really can't go wrong with with whatever you go with. i'm not a big fan of procomp but, if the kit you're looking at just comes with spacers or coils and shocks, you should be fine with even that. while not required, i might recommend getting an adjustable front track bar so that you can recenter your axle after the lift. also, depending on what tires you plan on running, you may find it necessary to install a set of 1.5" wheel spacers to prevent rubbing of your rear tire side walls on the sway bar link ends.

Why are you set with 2.5". If you were willing to go up to 3.25" you could go with a Rusty's, and it comes with springs, shocks, and adjustable track bars for around $570 plus shipping.

ProComp = poop. Besides their tires being good (in mine opinion), I don't think you should go that route for any suspension components. Stick with U.S. products!
