He says above that he got that part number 'from' Eaton, he just ordered from 4wd.
The other numbers came from 4wd, 4wp and quadra. None of these shows the part # listed in the doc at Eaton.

The correct part numbers for the Truetracs:
TT913A589 - Dana 44, 3.73 and down, 30 spline
TT912A585 - Dana 30, 3.73 and up, 27 spline
I run them both and they fit perfectly with no drilling required.

Thanks to all who helped.
I think that Eaton did not do their homework and the distributors have bad info.
If you don’t need a new carrier for the rear when you regear the D44 from any of the possible stock ratios, then the carrier must be the same for all gear sizes.

It's because your 513s are a thick gear all rear aftermarket rear jk gears are thick . The carrier break is 373 So as others have said you need the 3.73 and down carrier

Northridge's info (and others) is correct.
If you call Eaton and ask which carrier to use with a 5.13 gear on a D44 you'll be told 913A590 unless they ask if it's a JK. The JK is the only 44 that always uses a 3.73 and down case for a 'Low' gear set. TJ Rubicons also used this confusing system but few users change out the carrier and Eaton wouldn't necessarily have a reason to know about that application.
The correct TT number for a D44 JK is 913A589.
