You can run a 9" wheel if you like, your just slightly stretching the tire out a bit and will lose a minuscule amount of height if you ran them on a 9" wheel. The GY DT in that size is exactly 11" wide an you dont need a 4.5" back space wheel to run an 11" tire. If you want wider, 11.5" or wider you will likely need the 4.5"back space. 4.5" back space is equal too a -12 offset wheel. You can absolutely get away with a 5.71" back space which is equal too +18 offset. + 18 gets you 13mm extra clearance from the back of the wheel and pushes the rim edge out 51mm toward the fender. With a 275 tire and a +18 wheel you'll be sitting just about flush with the outside fender, perhaps slightly in a bit.

I have my stock sahara rims for sale. Here is what they looked like on my jeep with 275/70/18 Gy mtrk.
If interested in the wheels I will let them go for super cheap, you would just need to pay shipping, but I am sure we could keep the total price really reasonable. Pm me if interested

Ideal backspace is 4.5": you may still rub the rear swaybar off road with 5". Whats on paper isn't always whats reality. On this set of tires you may not have issues, but what of your next set if you decide to go bigger?
