Default Help me decide what I should do about my smashed rear bumper...

Ok so it was a matter of time before I got a serious field injury. The same night I did this to my bumper I broke my 4X4 linkage and had to get underneath the Jeep and manually shift it back into 2wheel. I feel like a real Jeep owner now.

So now I have a smashed rear bumper and I want to get some opinions and what I should do. I'm kinda already sold on the OR Fab tire swing, so a new rear bumper with a swing is sorta out. I was thinking about getting the rear MOPAR bumper because I have the front MOPAR bumper and I was thinking it would match well.

My other thought process was to mod the stock bumper and create stubby or do something else. Any ideas? Who else has done this? Thanks for the input in advance.

Smash is not too bad, kinda underneath

A little plastic damage isn't too bad. Wear it like a war wound until you really have a need for the rear bumper and maybe a tire carrier as well.

I had the same damage several times just drill a hole in the back of the bumper heat it up and pop it out with a screw driver.

That is the perfect excuse to get a rear bumper with tire carrier.

Cool Lucky!!!

I've wanted to replace mine since it came home.... took over a year to convince wife it was required.... You Totally Have to replace yours now...

Here's mine- I had it made local- they even cut my company logo into it.

cost was about the same as the others... but I had to leave them the jeep for a week.

Who looks at the front and rear at the same time anyhow? Get the one you really want.

Both my front and rear are dented. Not enough to mess up my aerodynamics yet though.

I'm leaving mine alone until they need replacing. . . or I win the lottery. . .
