A much easier and cheaper method would be to do it yourself. It really takes not a lot of work to use bedliner. i would advise against Plastidip for you, and would suggest using Primer, then either a spray on Bedliner such as Rustoleum, or using something such as Raptor Liner.

I use Rustoleum bedliner and have loved it for all my jobs. Hasn't peeled or flaked on any of my wheels in over 6 months.
As I'm in the UK a lot of these products are not available here, Line-X is. Also, the cost of doing Line-X is $570, compared to the cost of a new hardtop $6,000. The Jeep is only 9 months old and so far i've spent over $65,000 on it

So as long as Line-X is a suitable product, it's a no brainer

I would personally go the rattle can route. Easy to do and touch up. If you prep the surfaces correctly, it will turn out great. I'm not really a fan of color matched tops

I would sand it down to smooth, primer, paint it gloss black.

I got the roof back today after having Line-X applied to cover up the scratches. In the end I had the whole roof done together with my front & rear light guards. The end result is fantastic and way better than what comes out the factory.Click image for larger version
