I would personally suggest against the Line-X.
A much easier and cheaper method would be to do it yourself. It really takes not a lot of work to use bedliner. i would advise against Plastidip for you, and would suggest using Primer, then either a spray on Bedliner such as Rustoleum, or using something such as Raptor Liner.
I use Rustoleum bedliner and have loved it for all my jobs. Hasn't peeled or flaked on any of my wheels in over 6 months.

I would personally go the rattle can route. Easy to do and touch up. If you prep the surfaces correctly, it will turn out great. I'm not really a fan of color matched tops
