I have a 07 jku with the 4.10 gears. i need tires and cant decide if i want to stay with 265-75-16 or go to 285-75-16. I have stock wheels and i know i would need spacers. I my jeep is a dd and is used to get my duck boat into some private waters with little to no road or boat ramp and to take my son into the woods. I have a 1.75 day star level kit installed. What are the pros and cons of going up to 285. I have no worries about looks or cost between the two
just fuel economy and if i would loose a ton of power or the use of sixth gear. Would it be worth it or just stay 265 and go more aggressive than a terra grappler? thank you for your thoughts.
