Default Help with lug nuts

I have 18x9 XD Rockstar rims. My shop used the original lug nuts when they put these on. The lug pockets on the rims are very deep and using the OEM nuts is a PITA. I did my first tire rotation with the new tires/rims yesterday. It took way longer than it should have. I tried threading by hand. I tried threading by using a socket on a socket extender (by hand). I even set up a fulcrum and lever under the tire to try and get the wheel studs centered in the rim holes. There must be a better way!

Longer lug nuts?
Thinner lug nuts?
Gorilla outer spline lug nuts?

Any advice or recommendations is appreciated.

Thanks

Thanks for the reply.

Do you have the acorn type or the outer spline type?

I would like to find something that is easier to work with than the OEM lug nuts.

I have the outer spline, the provided socket works great on these.
