Some things to consider...

The headlights get pulse width modulated power when the engine is running, and they get pure 12v DC when the engine is off.

Each headlight is controlled by it's own MOSFET on the TIPM's internal circuit board.

Your OEM headlights work fine.

Two different brands of LED headlights don't work fine.

Either the MOSFETS don't like the LED headlights, possibly shutting them off because they draw too much power...

or

The headlights don't like the pwm power profile the MOSFETS are putting out.

Can you try the headlights in another JK without too much hassle?

Mine is an 07 as well. I dont drive it much at dark so i Have not spent much time trying to figure it out. I did run a ground from each light to the ground studs by the core support. Seemed to help and really only get the wonky flash sequence now when i flash my high beams. My jeep did the same thing with my trucklites and my JW speakers. I ran HIDS for a while and never had an issue.

Are your lights cutting on and off completely or are they flickering? I am thinking I have a voltage issue supplying power to the headlights. Unlike our halogens which will run on less than 12V these LEDs will just cut off.

I wonder what it is about the 2007's that do this. my buddy has a 2007 and he has been thru 2 sets of QT and a set of TL's and all do the same thing. He has tried the anti flicker harness and no harness and they just will not work. Stock headlights are fine. he has given up on running LED's.

Worst case. Build your own harness that uses relays on the OEM low beam and OEM high beam to activate your own harness that is fed directly from the battery.

This is exactly what I was thinking. My only concern is getting enough voltage to activate the relay from the low and high beam. Only one way to find out. I would have to use 4 harnesses correct? I found another person having the same issue and he installed 50w resistors to trick the system.

I need to go grab a multimeter to check but I read that with the jeep off there's a constant 12V running to headlights but when it's on the voltage jumps up and down. Make sense, the guy at JW Speaker said the EVO Js will cut off if not getting 12V. He seems to think its the alternator or I have some other voltage issue going on.

Maybe you read that in post 11, above?

Check out this harness from SMS.
It converts our JK's to use direct battery voltage for the headlight.

I had the same problem with my 07. Tried 2 different sets of the TLs. Worked great till I started the jeep, then they would just flicker and go off. Talked to folks at TL and tried some resisters they recommended but never figured it out. Once out, I have to reset the computer (unplug the battery before the stock lights will work again., Local shop thinks the jeep is not seeing the right wattage, thinks the bulb is out and thus shuts off the power requiring a reset.
