I remember this happening before and I heard it was the gear shifter, sensor thing. I had to juggle the shifter for it to start. Let me try that.

Maybe those are "old" codes?

If auto, tried moving shifter out of park then back in?

What fuse was checked and why?

I was just gonna mention the shift sensor. Every once in awhile I cant start the Jeep and have to turn the key to acc. and shift out of park and back to park in order for it to crank. Hope it starts for ya!

I was checking the fuse to my CB radio, all attached to the aux battery with a fuse panel and cut off.

I borrowed a multimeter and both batteries are at 12/13 volts.

I can not get the shifter out of park, I need to do the shift override

Hope you get it fixed. It's getting late and snowing here. Getting about 15" when done. Got to go to work early.

Good luck.

Shifter thing didn't work, got it out of park, but still nothing, only a click noise. Two clicks if I have it in D and try to start it.

This sucks, its gonna be below freezing soon.

So everything gets power but it won't crank? Sounds like a dead starter solenoid.
