Default Help with hardtop

I am having trouble with little black wedges between foam and hardtop keep squeezing out when I try to tighten up on top what are these for and they are cracked and dealer can't get them

Pictures? What "little black wedges" do you mean? Are you talking about the "spacer blocks" on or about page 167 of the owner's manual?


Front Panel(s) Installation with Rear Hard Top
Removed
1. Turn the left and right panels over and move the
spacer block (located on the rear of the panel) upward 90
degrees.
NOTE: The front panel(s) must be positioned properly
to ensure sealing. Set the panels on the windshield frame
so that there is no overhang. Also, make sure that the
panels are sitting flush with the body.

Are they the little rectangular ones in the rear where it is bolted to the tub with torx screws? I have to adjust them when I put my top back on each time. They are there to prevent the fiberglass from cracking. You might be cranking down on the too much.
