Going down a smooth highway, will the jeep want to go left and right instead of straight causing you to make many corrections? That's flighty. Correct with adjustable lower control arms for castor angle.
Check your shocks by bouncing the corners. Put your weight down and compress the spring, let go, it should rise and NOT bounce. If it bounces, you need new shocks.
If the steering wheel shakes, it's probably due to wheels not being balanced.
You'll know death wobble, the steering wheel shakes so much you don't want to drive it.
