the two trackbars are in the holes they are supposed to go in but normally the nut would just tighten but the bolt is spinning in place and theres nowhere to grab the otherside of the bolt to stop this

you need to push the axle over... that is why your swaybar is having issues I bet. Try unbolting that trackbar bracket, pushing the axle under the Jeep so it is in the middle of it, then bolt the bracket up.

alright. but more important. how do i get the trackbar bolts to stop spinning so i can tighten them on so i can even drive it down the road to the local shop....towing costs an arm and leg

what bolt are you talking about? where the bar itself bolts to the bracket? did it not come with a nut to go on the back? or tell you to re-use the factory nut? I guess I dont understand?
