I'm getting pretty desperate, and its killing me with them just sitting in the garage. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
look for a shop that has a "road force ballancer" and some one that knows how to use it. we have one at our shop and it works great. it can tell you if the rim is out or if its the tire, it can also show you how much to move the tire on the rim to match any heavy spots in the tire.
