Default Help!

Need help trying to figure out something..

When turning my wheel sharp at slow speeds to one direction, when I reverse that direction i get a "pop" that feels like its coming from the front axle.. I have checked shocks, and all lift mods that I have done. Only thing I can figure is that its the new steering stabilizer i installed this past wednesday.. but did not feel it until today.

Any ideas before I take the stabilizer back off Monday?

25k miles, and just performed all 30k service.. i'm stumped

Check and see if your SS has moved. Or loose.

It could be your steering linkage hanging up on itself. Look for scratching/gouging on your ss and the tie rod adjustment sleeve/bolts.

what ya need to do is try to have someone reproduce the sound while your investigating under...if it's safe to do so that is...I am having a popping noise come from my steering now as well, it's coming from my BlackDiamond trackbar...at the axle mount end the bolt appears to have some play within the joint making it 'pop' when turning it from one side to the other
