Hello GUYS need help with news Lift and general stuff!
Hello guys, I am just registering for this forum but i have been a lurker for the whole time i bought my jeep. I got my dream jeep (2015 JK) this summer and i finally saved more money to do modifications.
So today i bought 3 things.
1. 2.5 Coil spacers
http://www.amazon.com/TrueTwo-Jeep-W.../dp/B00U4F1POG
2. Bilstein Shocks
http://www.amazon.com/Bilstein-24-18...ilstein+shocks
(front and rear)
3. smittybilt stinger bumper
Amazon.com: E-Autogrilles 51-0366 07-16 Jeep Wrangler JK Black Textured Stinger Front Bumper with OE Fog Lights Housing and Winch Plate: Automotive
So guys my question is,
First how would you guys rate my purchases and is there anything else i need to get my jeep lift?
Second, i am debeating if i should do the lift myself but the youtube videos are extremel confusing but mostly i do not want to mess up my dream car. I am worried i need to the bolts just tight enough and i just seriously dont want to mess up?
and third how can i meet up with more jeep maryland bros? or does anyone have anyone reliable i can get all this installed? again thank you so much and if there is a better place to post this please let me know.
THANK YOU GUYS

You should have done your posting and asking before you pulled out the credit card...
There is more to a lift than just taller coils or spacers. Open the thread stuck right to the top of this modified area "My Thoughts On Lifts". You will find some decent information that may help you along. Become familiar with the various components and what they do!!
I personally thought that the 5100 was too stiff. Other people disagree. You'll have to decide for yourself.
The install can seem intimidating, but it really isn't bad. There are plenty of posts and how-to's and videos. When you run into a question, just ask, there are generally a lot of helpful people here to point you in the right direction.
Go down to the Staging Area, you should find a section for the area of the country where you live. Throw a post in there and see if any of your local folks have thoughts on shops, and you may even find people willing to lend a hand with the install. (be sure to treat them right if they help out, pizza and drink, whatever)
