Default headlight miscommunication

bottom line is that i asked my girlfriend for the IPF H4 Headlight Conversion Kit from quadratec for my birthday. she took it upon herself to buy me the kc hilites 4230 instead now my issue is that i know the IPF H4's emit a very white light....which is why I wanted them. I dont want yellow lights and I dont know if the kc's are good or not. So before i break her the bad news that I want to exchange her gift, somebody tell me if the ones she got me are good (emit white light/worth keeping)

Most the KC's I have ever seen or owned have put off a yellow light. That being said I would return them and get the IPF's. I personally run.the IPF's and can attest that they put off a very white light with a hint of blue

I think the real question is how bad are you gonna piss your gal off if you return them? I mean, she went out and got involved with your Jeep. Maybe not quite what you were looking for, but she's still a trooper and a keeper. I say put them on, see if you grow into them. You just might really like them, and it just might make your gal get you more Jeep stuff in the future.

Of course, I have never been able to figure women out, so, I could very well be wrong!
