Have you broken your factory Dana 30?
Have you broken your factory Dana 30 and if so, how did you do it? What was your set-up when it broke? What were you doing?
If you have not broken it, what is your current set-up with it?

I love this thread. Thought about posting this same question myself. I just upped the ante with 35" grappler mts on my 2010 sport. The jeep goes in for gusset and sleeve on wed. I have no plans to lock the front so far, but if I do, I will go with chromoly shafts. Plan is to lock the rear and run 4.88s sometime this spring. No plans on swapping axles anytime soon.
I'd love to see a bent axle that has been sleeved. It seems like it makes the axle pretty darn rigid..
