I boocked marked this thread. I have has warrity work done, but nothing that would have them look under it and see the spacer. But the break line recall, they will see the spacers. As soon as that is done, I will check on it.

The Trail Rated® badge means that your Jeep 4x4 has been designed to perform in five categories of off-road conditions: traction, ground clearance, maneuverability, articulation, and water fording.

I had an axle leak fixed under warranty, and I had wheel spacers on at the time. They didn't say anything about them.

Thanks to all the fun I've been having dealing with Chrysler and the wrongful restriction placed on my Jeep's warranty (to read all about it, click here), I've had a number or members contact me asking if there was a way for them to find out whether or not their Jeep has been flagged too. Well, I spoke to Chrysler about this and apparently, this is all you need to do:
1. Call 877-I-AM-JEEP (877-426-5337)
2. Provide your Jeep's VIN to the representative
3. Ask if your Jeep has any restrictions placed on it
That's all you need to do. If it's at all possible, I'd be most grateful if you could please come back and select a yea or nay on this Poll and let us know what, if anything you were told that might be of interest. Also, I think it would be helpful to put things into perspective if you could please provide us the following basic information:
• What model year is your JK?
• When did you buy it?
• What kind of warranty did you get with it?
• How many miles do you have on it now?
• Is your JK Modified?
• Have you ever taken your JK into a dealership for service or otherwise?
• If yes, was it modified at the time?
If it is in fact a policy of Chrysler to have dealerships flag all Jeep's simply for being modified, it is clearly an unwritten one and this poll should help give all of us some insight as to how much it is enforced.
Thanks for your help

Dude, If I were you I'd go back up to that dealer that you pissed off with a six pack & try to mend some fences.
I worked at a motorcycle dealer years ago, and if I had a customer bitch & moan as much as this, I'd make his life a living hell too.
To me you seem to be going about this all wrong.
Just sayin...
