Default Has anyone welded their Teraflex rear trackbar relo bracket?

Hey guys!

Has anyone welded their Teraflex rear trackbar relo bracket? I plan to do mine next week and I wanted to hear from others that have done this before. Also see some pics of this if possible.

Thanks!

Not welded yet in that pic, but you can see where the paint has been cleaned off for welding.

You don't understand. The Tera rear relo bracket is a monsta! Welding it will help keeping it in place during serious offroading.

If you use the stock track bar bracket and adding a relocation braket to the axle side then they do tend to break. I know this was also my question to AEV since I know they went with a braket, and they only used to to help locate the bracket, but using u-bolts they have the force all on their new heavy duty braket, and not on the stock bracket and it appears Tera Flex went a similar route for their bracket.

The main reason for raising the braket instead of beringing it down is the roll center of the vehicle. The higher the roll center the more stable the vehicle is, the lower it is the less stable. This is the big advantage of locating the braket on the axle rather than the frame side.

TeraFlex rear relocation TB brackets don't have that reputation.

Well, the one I'm specifically speaking of is the one that's in the 2.5" coil lift we've been discussing, not that huge one above. What about the smaller one?
