Default Has anyone done a NV4500 swap?

I know that the NV3550 to 6speed swap is very easy and also that the NV3550 to 4500 is not hard. What I want to know is if anyone has done, or looked into the 6 speed to a NV4500 swap. I already understand the wider rpm spacing between gears and shift logic penalty of losing two usable road gears and it's a trade I'm willing to make.

Out of curiosity, what don't you like about the 6 speed? Are you having strength issues?

For right now I just like the 4500. Life changes have made it possible for me to start shopping and modding after purchase but I do plan on having strength issues.

The long story is that I'm thinkin about a blown up or oil burning 3.8 to save cash up front and go straight to the V8 swap. But if I buy a driver I like building from the axles toward the engine chasing the weak links forward and the ProRock axles are already my preference. Tons of possibilities out there and I'm doin a thousand brain storm scenarios a day lol. Buy with bad motor do V8/4500 takeout, bad tans do 4500 swap, driver do 4500 swap and V8 later or turbo/supercharger instead. Iduno my head spins but I do want to completely understand my options before beginning to weight them against each other. It won't affect my purchase but will change my plan of attack after.

Jer
