If they do a "sniffer" test, you will likely fail because the catalyst they supply is a huger flowing catalyst and will not have the effectiveness of the stock catalyst. Also depends on the washcoat/precious metals used between stock and the RIPP.

With that said if its just visual and OBD inspection, you will pass. This is a cheap way of doing it...so its likely the way any government would go because we're broke as crap in this country.
